Through the use of the Integrated Management System TEi Project Managers ensure that all quality, safety and environmental requirements are recognised and implemented throughout every phase of project execution.

TEi has a reputation within the industry for delivery of service to the highest standard on time, every time. Whatever the requirements TEi assess the risks at the enquiry stage and mitigates and manages the risks throughout the contract so overruns are avoided and engineering integrity is maintained.

TEi‘s designers, engineers, technical and management staff have a wealth of knowledge and competence to ensure challenges within the industry are met without compromise to quality, safety or the environment.

The Company employs experienced people who can face the challenges and deliver value for money and quality of service to customers.

Continual improvement of our service is sought through training in the Integrated Management System, management training and training of the workforce. Regular internal audits of the Integrated Management System are performed to ensure that Safety, Quality and Environmental processes continue to be effective. In-house improvements are initiated as a result if these internal audits. In addition to the internal audit program regular assessments of the Integrated Management System are performed by a UKAS accredited certification body.

All projects are properly planned from the enquiry stage to order acceptance to ensure that the project objectives are understood and can be achieved.

All projects are evaluated to ensure that the services offered meet the project objectives, risks are eliminated or mitigated and quality is built into the project as it progresses.

The implementation of, and participation in, the management led Integrated Management System throughout the organisation is mandatory for everyone in the Company.

Through education and training of their personnel TEi are able to focus on:

  • The leadership responsibilities of the Business Units / Project Managers in the implementation of and compliance with the Integrated Management System.
  • The responsibilities of the Business Units / Project Managers in ensuring that the members of their teams are familiar with, understand and comply with all the project requirements
  • How everyone in the Company has a role to play in ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System – Quality, Safety and Environment
  • The importance of regional and business units seeking, applying and exchanging “best practices” to ensure continual improvement of the Integrated Management System.
  • Encouraging communication and suggestions that can lead to tasks being performed in a more efficient or effective manner.
  • At the project level how everyone has a role to play in attaining the project goals and adding value to the contract
